Return and Refund  Policy

Return can be triggered based on the below reasons:

  • Reason 1: The wrong product was sent by Designers Pivot
  • Reason 2: The product is defective / counterfeit

Buyer has to inform DesignersPivot within 48h after receiving the item that the product is not compliant, clear description of the issue with photos should be shared with DesignersPivot. Designers Pivot will be acting as the mediator to find a suitable solution for both parties. Should the resulted solution is to return the product and cancel the order, the amount paid will be credited back to the customer in his original bank account provided.


DesignersPivot offers 100% money back guarantee in case item is proven to be not authentic. Authenticity is a top priority for DesignersPivot. We use AI device Entrupy to authenticate handbags. Watches and Jewellery are only accepted with original certificates and invoices/ boutique documents proving items authenticity. Clothing and shoes are closely inspected by our qualified team.

However, in a very unlikely event the item is proven to be not authentic, buyer has to notify Designers Pivot in the first 72h after receiving the item that it is not compliant to the product page description, clear description of the issue with photos to be shared with Designers Pivot as well as proof of items inauthenticity from a credible body. Designers Pivot will be acting as the mediator to find a suitable solution for both parties.

Should the resulted solution is to return the product and cancel the order, the amount paid will be credited back to the customer in his bank account as per his discretion. The seller should collect or arrange the collection of his item and the transaction will be cancelled (no charge / fees) to be engaged from the seller against Designers Pivot.

 

Cancellation Policy

Order can only be cancelled if the product is not confirmed by Designers Pivot with the seller.

For pre- order items, 100% deposit would be lost in case of cancellation.


Exchange Policy

Designers Pivot offers exchanges only for clothing and shoes( if the wrong size is ordered). Customer has to inform Designers Pivot within the first 24h about the exchange. In this case, the customer is eligible for a store credit or exchange. Please note: item has to be in unused condition, with protective tags on it. 

Please note: products bought with "tabby" or "Cashew" installment option are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Please note: All product orders are subject to availability and in this regard, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.


The Buyer is advised to request detailed video, zoom call, viewing in person( for Dubai area only) to assess item’s condition before purchasing it. In the event neither of it is done, the Buyer herein agrees and has no objection with the condition of the item being sold. Designers Pivot ensures that all information, photos, videos are reflecting item’s true condition. Therefore the only reason for return or refund is if the item in question is deemed non authentic or the wrong product is delivered. The only exception is Clothing items and shoes.
